A 5 Minutes Wonder Bok Choy Dish

It's the peak of the Bok Choy season. Here’s a recipe that takes MAX 5 minutes.

Bok Choy is filled with Vitamin A, C, K, B6, folate, Calcium, Potassium and fiber. It’s cooling and drying according to TCM Nutrition - still perfect for hot & humid autumn.


2-3 Bok Choy bunches

1 String Beans bunch

1-2 Garlic cloves, cut

1cm Ginger, freshly grated

1 Lemon, freshly squeezed

Soy sauce

Handful Pumpkin seeds

How to?

1. To a wok, add the garlic, Bok Choy, beans, ginger. Stir for approximately 5 minutes.

2. Pour over some soy sauce, lemon and pumpkin seeds.

3. Serve over rice, noodles, or as is.
