Rich Tahini "bread" in just 30 minutes

It's gluten-free (and kosher for Passover)

It's also rich in goodies like tahini, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts

It's sweet-ish - you decide how much

...and it takes just 30(35) minutes!

What's in it?

6 tablespoons raw/whole Tahini

4 eggs

A flat teaspoon of salt

A teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder

2 tablespoons maple, silan (date syrup) or carob syrup

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup crashed walnuts

What to do?

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Grease a baking tray

  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray

  4. Sprinkle over additional seeds for decoration

  5. Bake in oven pre-heated to 180C for 30 minutes
